Answering Service Representative

We created this Moodle course for newly hired Answering Service Rep training. Our on-boarding course is designed to train you on some of the company-wide essentials like Basecamp and Hubstaff  which is used by all departments, in addition to job-specific training details like how to use Ring Central. You will complete each module and manually check off the activity when you have finished reviewing it.
